Cleaning

All linen is laundered after each party and hot-washed using antibacterial laundry detergent. All mattresses and cushions are steamed and spot-cleaned, and hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.

Deposits and cancellations

All bookings require a deposit. We hold all booking requests as tentative, pending payment of a deposit, for three days. Deposits are refundable up to 28 days prior to the booking. Changes to dates and times may be accommodated within this timeframe, based on availability and capacity. Cancellations will result in a forfeit of the deposit.

Payments

All invoices must be paid on or before the invoice/event date. From 1 August 2024, no services will be provided unless full payment is received prior to, or at the time of, your event. Payment information and timeframes will be outlined in your booking confirmation email.

Event Set-up and Pack-down

We do not offer specific set-up or pack-down times for teepee parties. We set-up teepee parties between 10am and 2pm and pack down between 10am and 1pm. Our schedule for set-up and pack-down is based on the location of our parties and the most efficient route for our team to set up all parties prior to each party's start time. We will provide you with an indicative set-up time in the week prior and will contact you 30 minutes before our arrival.

Event Space

Before you book your slumber party, it is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate space. When we send a booking confirmation email, we will provide information on the space required. Our a-frame teepees are 1.2m high and our lace teepees are 1.5 m high.  Each teepee is 1m wide.  Our mattress are 1.80m long x 0.9m wide.  We recommend that you allow a space measuring 1m wide by 2m long for each teepee as a minimum.​

We do not allow for our slumber equipment to be set up in outdoor areas.

Minimum Spends and Discounts

We do not discount our parties for reduced numbers. Unfortunately, this is not viable for our business. Our teepee parties have a minimum spend of $300 allowing for up to five teepees.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

​By paying your deposit, you confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions and accept all legal responsibility for the safety of children at your party.  Your acceptance also constitutes your agreement to take all reasonable care to ensure the equipment is used for its intended purpose for the duration of the hire.  Where it's determined malicious damage has occurred to the equipment, bedding or décor, i.e., items which are broken or are damaged intentionally, such as through poor behaviour from children; that you agree to pay for the item/s to be replaced. Replacement of items is charged at a minimum of $50 per party to account for the replacement value and the time to source/create the item.  An assessment of equipment, bedding and decor will be made at time of collection.
