All linen is laundered after each party and hot-washed using antibacterial laundry detergent. All mattresses and cushions are steamed and spot-cleaned and hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant.
All bookings require a deposit. We hold all booking requests as tentative, pending deposits for 3 days.
Deposits are refundable up to 28 days prior to the booking. Changes to dates and times may be accommodated within this timeframe on the basis of availability and capacity.
Payment of invoices
All invoices must be paid on or prior to the invoice date. Failure to pay the invoice within 10 business days may result in the debt being transferred to a debt collection agency where additional fees, charges, and interest payments will be incurred.
Event set-up and pack-down
We do not offer specific set-up or pack-down times for teepee parties. Our schedule is based on the location of our parties and the most efficient route for our team to set up all parties on our schedule. We will provide you with an indicative set-up time in the week prior and will contact you 30 mins prior to our arrival.
We do not discount our parties for reduced numbers. Unfortunately, this is not viable for our business. Our teepee parties have a minimum spend (five teepees) and our pamper and jewels parties have a minimum party spend which allows up to 8 children to participate.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
In paying your deposit, you confirm acceptance of our terms and conditions and accept all legal responsibility for the safety of children in your presence at your party.
